Our return policy is straightforward. If you receive a product and are dissatisfied within 7 days, you have two options:
- Self-Return: You can send the item back to us directly. Please ensure that the product remains unused and in its original packaging. If there is a valid product defect, exceptions apply.
- Collection Service: Alternatively, we can arrange collection at a cost, which will be deducted from the full refund amount. Within South Africa, this collection fee typically ranges from R200 to R300.
Eligibility for Return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unused).
- It should be in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us your sales receipt or proof of purchase along with the reason for return.
- Decide whether you’ll deliver the item to us or prefer our collection service (at a nominal fee).
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Process:
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
