Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy is straightforward. If you receive a product and are dissatisfied within 7 days, you have two options:

  1. Self-Return: You can send the item back to us directly. Please ensure that the product remains unused and in its original packaging. If there is a valid product defect, exceptions apply.
  2. Collection Service: Alternatively, we can arrange collection at a cost, which will be deducted from the full refund amount. Within South Africa, this collection fee typically ranges from R200 to R300.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unused).
  • It should be in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us your sales receipt or proof of purchase along with the reason for return.
  2. Decide whether you’ll deliver the item to us or prefer our collection service (at a nominal fee).
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Process:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
